About Jay

In 2024, after 10 years away from the industry, I decided it was time for a new chapter and a fresh challenge. I wanted to return to hair, reconnect with my passion for colour, and build something completely my own.

Starting again from scratch without industry contacts was daunting, but going freelance gave me the freedom to grow at my own pace, make my own decisions, and create a business that reflects who I am. You can read more about my journey in Capital Hair & Beauty’s Freelance Focus article.
