I recommend booking in advance, particularly for larger colour services or if you have a specific date in mind. If you’re booking for a special event, the earlier you book, the better your chances of securing your preferred date.

No. I specialise in colour and currently don’t offer cutting services.
-
If you have any concerns about your service, please get in touch within 7 days. If the result doesn’t reflect what we agreed during your consultation, I’ll be happy to discuss a suitable correction.
If you simply decide you’d prefer a different colour after your appointment, this is considered a change of heart rather than a correction. Any additional service, time or products required will be charged accordingly.
Corrections are not covered if your hair has been altered by another stylist, salon or yourself after the appointment. This includes box dye, home colour, cutting your hair, at-home treatments or other DIY adjustments.

Hair colouring is generally considered safe during pregnancy. The NHS advises that the chemicals in permanent and semi-permanent hair dyes are not highly toxic, and available evidence suggests that colouring your hair during pregnancy is usually safe. If you have any concerns, please speak to your midwife or doctor before your appointment.
